Sellovate AI provides restaurant management software — digital menus, order-taking, kitchen printing integration, sales reporting, and related tools — delivered as a subscription to restaurant owners ("Owners").
Owners sign up using a Google account. One Google account may be linked to one restaurant profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any staff credentials you create within your dashboard.
Use of the Service requires an active monthly subscription. Fees vary by country and are shown after account setup is complete. Payment is currently processed manually via bank transfer: Owners submit transfer details for verification, and Sellovate AI activates the subscription upon confirming receipt.
Owners may pay for one or more months in advance. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu items, prices, and images they upload, and for compliance with local food-service, tax, and business licensing laws. Owners are responsible for their own hardware (printers, routers, computers) used to run the local-server component of the Service.
Only Owners with a verified active subscription may submit platform reviews, which may be displayed publicly on our website. Reviews must be honest and may not contain unlawful, defamatory, or abusive content.
Diners ordering through a restaurant's menu are customers of that restaurant, not of Sellovate AI. We provide the ordering technology but are not a party to the transaction between the restaurant and its diners.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly for locally-hosted components dependent on the Owner's own internet, power, and hardware. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellovate AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
